A couple of things to remember:

  1. We live for this stuff, but have families too - customer service daily from 9am-6pm M-F, CST. Emails answered 7 days a week.

  2. Our prices and availability are current - they're updated daily here on the site! Also, the site is linked to inventory, so this is also where you need to look for availability.

  3. We have 7 people answering the phone full time. If you need to ask us a question. and it's after hours, PLEASE email it. We have 10 people responding to electronic messages. It's much faster and more clear in email anyway.

  1. How long is shipping?
    Delivery is 12-14 days from purchase. We are a small company and if you need us to ship something faster (birthday) let us know and we will try do everything we can to help.

  2. Are there any extra fees?
    No. The price you see is the price you pay for delivery to your home or business.

  3. Do you ship to (insert ANY city, state)?
    All states except TX and CA.

  4. Is shipping included?
    Yes. (See #2 above)

  5. Can you ship to my house?
    Yes, there is no additional charge for a residential delivery.

  6. Is there a warranty?
    Yes, we have a parts warranty. Read more about our warranty for more details.

  7. Where can we get parts?
    You can purchase parts directly from us.

  8. What assembly is required?
    Straighten out handle bars, charge and install battery, connect battery leads, attach wheels, change oil, check tightness of all nuts and bolts - add gas and go!

  9. How can you offer your stuff so much lower than everyone else?
    We work off a very simple model - make just a little bit on thousands of orders.
    We make our profit - you get a great price.

  10. How do I make layaway payments?
    Once you have established your layaway account (choose layaway when placing your order), you may return to our site anytime and make additional payments until your purchase is paid in full. To make payments, visit the layaway page and login.

  11. I've ordered an ATV to be delivered to my house. Will this delivery be scheduled in advance and will I need to be home at the time of the delivery?
    Our freight company will call you the day before to schedule the delivery with you. Someone will need to be there to sign for the shipment.

  12. Do I get a receipt?
    Of course, after you place your order, it will tell you "Order Completed", process you an order number and email you a confirmation receipt.
